Non-thermal systems are constructed from a single, continuous piece of aluminum with no thermal break. Thermal systems include a polyamide thermal break that separates the interior and exterior aluminum profiles, reducing heat transfer between inside and outside.

Our stocked anodized finishes include black, dark bronze, clear, and white. Additional anodized finishes, such as champagne and medium bronze, are available upon request.

Yes. In order to meet project specific hardware and fabrication requirements, Elev8 uses 3 fully automated CNC machines to prep for the necessary hardware and accessories. Our CNC capabilities, along with our automated saw, help improve accuracy, reduce field labor, and support faster, more efficient installations.
